Korean Omelet Roll * Omelet At Its Best In Only 10 Minutes

If Tamago is also one of your Sushi favourites, you have to try this. This is one of the best omelet variations I've ever seen.

For breakfast, lunch or dinner - you will be amazed!

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 spam from can
1 small onion
1 bundle enoki mushroom
1/2 tsp. soup stock (dashida)
2 sheets of dried salted seaweed
1 bowl of rice
1 green onion
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. oil

Total prep time: 5 min. / Total cook time: 5 min.
